Faculty Manager: Applied Psychology at The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP)

• SACAP is looking for a Faculty Manager. This position is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
• This role provides high-level academic and operational support to the Head of Faculty in ensuring operational excellence within the Faculty. This includes managing curriculum implementation, upholding curriculum excellence, academic quality assurance, supporting academic teams, and regulatory alignment across the Faculty.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Higher Education.
• Experience in curriculum design and quality assurance.
• Strong working knowledge of CHE, SAQA, DHET, and HPCSA regulatory frameworks.

• Strong academic writing and curriculum design skills
• Deep understanding of QA frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage, motivate and lead collaboratively
