EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as the following will count in the candidate's favour:
• Relevant post-secondary qualification.
• Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in managing personnel in an agricultural environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create and manage an annual farm budget.
• Manages a workforce of five staff.
• Oversee work plan as well as weekly and daily task lists.
• Supervise financial administration regarding deliveries and payments.
• Oversee the maintenance of infrastructure, tools and supplies.
• Roads and fencing upgrade will be important aspect.
• Establishment of wildlife species.
