FCS Key User at Faurecia

Main purpose of the role

• To provide PC&L focus on each new program assigned. A core team member for the Program Logistics areas and responsible for keeping the PC&L requirements on targets, on time, to budget. 

Essential responsibilities and duties

The main missions of the role are:

• Ensure Master Data are accurate and set up on the appropriate routines;
• Support BOM audit standard process down to the ERP update;
• Support PIC, PDP, MRP, TEO and LISA process maintenance;
• Support MII-NG process maintenance;
• Define half-yearly improvement objectives and build up an action plan;
• Improve FCS usage and data quality through KPI monitoring and PDCA building and follow-up;
• Provide technical support to other functions when needed;
• Organize and deliver training to plant users;
• Deploy new FCS functionalities for the plant;
• Identify and implement best practices in your plant;
• Join regularly the Regional Key user network workshops: Share Knowledge with other key users;
• Support overall PC&L FES methods and tools implementation within your plant;
• Oversee/Coach/ Train plant material planners

Qualifications and position requirements

Minimum education level: 

• N-Dip or degree in Logistics or related field

Experience :

• 3 Years experience in a similar position or in the Logistics department
• Experience with MRP systems (QMuzik, SAP, XPPS)

Skills and competencies:

• Team player, with the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Excellent computer, numeracy & Communication skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
