Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Digital Projects and Rewards programs.
Solid background in Agile methodology and business analysis, with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements to drive project outcomes.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Agile (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI), SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
