Job Summary
- This role involves promoting and selling funeral insurance products, generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote and sell funeral insurance products to new and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets
- Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after policy sales
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- RE5 qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or direct face to face sales (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and basic administrative skills
- Valid driver's license (Code 08) and own transport (advantageous)
