    Field Sales Agent

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Agent to join our sales team. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales in their assigned territory.
    • This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the business in the assigned territory
    • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and promote customer loyalty
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Grade 12( 50% average) or any other equivalent qualification.
    • Residing in or around Middelburg, Mpumalanga. 

    Working Conditions:

    • This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory
    • Flexible work hours may be required, including evening and weekend appointments with clients
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
