Job Description
- Sales performance & market shares (by store)
- Forward share/points of disruption in store
- Availibility/service levels in store
- Promo execution
- Stales/returns %’s
- Cost to serve/contract management
- Value added services
Qualifications/Requirements
- Intimate understanding of category sales execution (flow, planogram, points of interrution
- Retail store execution (DC to store backdoor to shopfloor)
- Setting execution standards and tracking performance in respect of KPI’s (sales, space, forward share, stales/returns, promo compliance, availibility)
- Bridging gap between insights/shopper marketing and in-store execution
- Contract management, cost optimization/productivity
- Able to develop differentiated service capability with the service provider including customized reporting, analytics
