    Job Description

    • Sales performance & market shares (by store)
    • Forward share/points of disruption in store
    • Availibility/service levels in store
    • Promo execution
    • Stales/returns %’s
    • Cost to serve/contract management
    • Value added services

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Intimate understanding of category sales execution (flow, planogram, points of interrution
    • Retail store execution (DC to store backdoor to shopfloor)
    • Setting execution standards and tracking performance in respect of KPI’s (sales, space, forward share, stales/returns, promo compliance, availibility)
    • Bridging gap between insights/shopper marketing and in-store execution
    • Contract management, cost optimization/productivity
    • Able to develop differentiated service capability with the service provider including customized reporting, analytics
