    Field Services Administration

    • Processing of weekly technical control sheet
    • Overtime submission
    • Private & business mileage submission
    • Weekly and monthly rostering, reporting and submission
    • Submission of tool of trade reports
    • Submission of monthly deductions (cell phone & private mileage)
    • Vehicle tracking & updating (Geotab)
    • Insurance processing & submission
    • Departmental Support:
    • Claims - Process requests for job cards
    • Customer support - Assisting with dispatch
    • Triton – Data Integrity
    • Fiserv – Updating co-ordinates of replotted sites
    • Stores - Follow up to ensure stock take date is adhered to

     

    In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

    • Matric
    • Related Diploma or Qualification would be an advantage
    • MS Office Advanced Excel (formulas) would be an advantage
    • 1-2 years’ experience in administration
