Are you a skilled technician looking to take ownership of hands-on technical operations across Gauteng?
Our client, an industry leader in cash automation solutions across South Africa, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage on-site technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert on-site technical support and perform systematic troubleshooting on specialized equipment.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency and security.
Diagnose hardware and technical issues promptly to deliver reliable repairs.
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and direct client support.
Work independently in a full-time remote capacity across assigned field locations.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise: Proven background in field service, technical support, and troubleshooting (experience with cash automation systems is a major advantage).
Location: Must reside in the Gauteng region, preferably around Pretoria.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (a petrol float will be provided).
Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving abilities, self-motivation to work remotely, and strong interpersonal skills.
