Finance Administrator - Accounts Payable (Steelpoort) at Samancor Chrome

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To administer Accounts Payable and treasury function.

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY

• Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)

CUSTOMERS

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction

BUSINESS PROCESSES

Accounts Payable:

• Determine whether Invoices are for Goods or Services 
• Verify invoices for accuracy and VAT compliance. 
• Match Invoice to Order, GRV or Service Entry Sheet
• Resolve Creditor queries.
• Filing of Invoices and POD (Proof of Delivery)
• Reconcile creditor account on SAP with Statements
• Follow up and clear open GRIR items.

Knowledge:

• MSOFFICE and associated software
• SAP FICO
• MES System

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Grade 12
• SAP Knowledge & Experience
• 3 years’ experience in accounts payable
