We are looking to hire a keen school leaver who is interested in starting a career in Finance. Your key focus will be to capture payments for all our branches and follow up on all outstanding invoices and respective documentation. Incumbent will manage all queries and assist in providing administrative support.
Key Performance Areas
Capturing payments for all COD’s for Johannesburg, Germiston, Pinetown and Riverhorse branches.
Following up and clearing outstanding invoices for all branches and submitting a weekly COD outstanding report to Management.
Signing and scanning Johannesburg cash ups. Capturing EFT payments from the bank statement.
Counting money for Johannesburg cash sales and checking that the amount corresponds with the cash invoices.
Filling cash ups.
Submitting staff invoices for deduction to management and HR and ensuring any queries on the Staff account is resolved speedily.
Keeping record of batched captured on excel spreadsheet.
