    Finance Administrator

    The Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing weekly and monthly financial reports and processing reimbursements. Management of users credentials to financial portals and back office systems.

    Duties Include, But Not Limited To

    • Finance Administration:
    • Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts.
    • Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature.
    • Process, verify and reconcile input documentation.
    • Maintain appropriate files, reports and data.
    • Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary.
    • Prepare Monthly invoice calculations
    • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
    • Review and process reimbursements
    • Maintain reports on financial metrics
    • Keep records of invoices
    • Identify and address account discrepancies
    • Manage Report and Backoffice Logins:
    • Setup account
    • Resets account
    • Deactivated account

    Essential Criteria

    • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
    • Further education in Finance, Accounting or Economics
    • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
    • Time-management and organization skills
    • Confidentiality

    Desirable Criteria

    • Previous working experience in an ecommerce/banking/payments/product role advantageous
    • Tertiary Education
