Finance Administrator at SA Metal Group

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare and process payments to suppliers accurately and timeously.
• Ensure relevant payment information has been correctly applied
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment-related queries.
• Capture, input and update data in relevant software
• Update and maintain load dispatch reports for all branches
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
• Provide administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is a must
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports and records.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in Finance or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years working experience in Accounting (up to trail balancing)
• Computer literate – MS Office, internet and e-mail – Excel is compulsory
• ACCPAC experience highly preferable
• Knowledge of accounting practices, principles and reporting of financial data
• Performing complex mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy
