We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.  You will play a critical role in our Ford Robertson dealership's finance and insurance operations. Your expertise will guide customers through the financing and insurance process, ensuring their satisfaction and facilitating successful transactions.

Minimum Requirements    

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager within a dealership
• Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers and collaborating with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using finance and insurance software systems and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing and insurance.
• Professional certification is mandatory: 
• 120 FAIS credits
• RE and NCA accredited

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Provide expert financial guidance to customers by explaining financing and insurance options, terms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to finalize vehicle sales transactions and ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
• Review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and present financing options to customers.
• Offer and explain various insurance products and coverage plans tailored to customers' needs.
• Work closely with lending institutions and insurance providers to secure favourable terms for customers.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the finance and insurance process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in lending practices, and insurance regulations.
