    Driver - Rola VW Malmesbury

    As a Sales Department Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and customers.  You will be the face of our company on the road, delivering products to clients and maintaining a positive and professional image.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Proven experience as a Driver within a Vehicle Dealership (Advantageous)
    • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying orders
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
    • Clear criminal record

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Finance and Insurance Manager - Rola Ford Robertson

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.  You will play a critical role in our Ford Robertson dealership's finance and insurance operations. Your expertise will guide customers through the financing and insurance process, ensuring their satisfaction and facilitating successful transactions.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager within a dealership
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products.

    • Proficiency in using finance and insurance software systems and tools.

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the finance and insurance process.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in lending practices, and insurance regulations.
