You’ll partner directly with leadership to shape strategy, challenge thinking, and turn insight into real financial impact - as we continue to evolve from traditional reporting into a more advisory, future-focused function that helps shape business direction.

Partner with senior leaders to support planning, performance tracking and decision-making.
Translate business drivers into clear financial insight that informs action
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles
Provide commercial analysis that helps manage risk and support sustainable growth
Use financial models and driver‑based analysis to test scenarios and improve outcomes

What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA) professional.
2–3 years’ post-qualification experience (post-articles) in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or business partnering
Proven experience partnering with the business and delivering financial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting
Strong financial modelling capability, including driver-based analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic investment evaluation
Experience working across complex portfolios or multi-divisional environments, with an understanding of cross-functional financial integration
Solid understanding of financial governance, regulatory frameworks, and IFRS (advantageous, depending on portfolio)
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools
Demonstrated ability to contribute to team capability, including mentoring or supporting junior team members
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders
