    Systems Analyst

    • Payments don't fix themselves. We're growing our Payments division and we need someone who knows how to sit at the junction of business and tech — and get things done there.
    • This role exists because our corporate clients depend on payments working every day, and the team needs someone who can keep things running and make them better. You'll be the primary connection between business stakeholders and our IT teams — the person who turns a problem into a solution.

    What you'll do

    • Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritise business needs, then analyse and document those requirements so everyone is clear on scope and direction.
    • Troubleshoot system issues end to end — from first contact through to resolution, escalating to the right level when needed.
    • Review how systems are configured and performing, spot weaknesses and recommend improvements.
    • Design test cases and run unit testing to make sure solutions work before they go live, including post-implementation checks where needed.

The work here spans the full payments environment, which means real, high-stakes problems with direct impact on how clients experience financial services.

    • You'll work directly with corporate clients and our developers, giving you wide visibility across how payments actually work
    • No two problems look the same here, so you'll build real troubleshooting depth fast
    • You'll be expected to take ownership of your own technical growth — and the environment will help you do it

    What we're looking for
