We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to drive business performance and shareholder value through a networked and integrated Finance community that is responsive and agile, working together with operations team in charge of the assets. The FBP will provide financial expertise and advice, and develop supporting processes that continuously unlock value and process optimization. Reporting to the Superintendent Management Accountant, you will

• Partner with their key customer to drive business performance and be a key member of the leadership team.
• Provide influential advice, insight, challenge and decision support with a strong customer delivery focus.
• Contribute to deployment of strategy and drive improved business performance through forward plans.
• Support performance delivery, bring financial expertise, objectivity, challenge and insight to the business.
• Leverage highest value initiatives to maximise shareholder value and optimize business financial outcomes.
• Act as ONE Finance first point of contact for their customer (not exclude interaction by other Finance pillars).
• Integrate the improvement plans of Functions (Technical, G&I, RTP, Commercial, Risk, IS&T, Capex, etc.).
• Leverage technology to provide insightful advice and identify new improvement opportunities.
• Ensure governance and compliance through effective application of financial controls and risk management.

About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have

• Degree in a financial discipline and/or CIMA (Majors must include Financial Accounting and / or Management Accounting).
• A project management qualification, Six Sigma certification with solid Cost/Finance Management will be added advantage.
• 3 + Years of Business Partnering, Financial, Cost accounting experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Project Management, Value Driver/Pipe line tracking experience
• Supervisory exposure (advantageous)
• Has sound knowledge of financial management fundamentals developed through a combination of practical experience and formal training, and can demonstratively apply this knowledge in the workplace
• Computer literacy SAP (extensive FI/CO knowledge essential).; MS Office (advanced);
• Well-developed communication and administration skills.
