Finance Clerk (Fixed Term Contract) at takealot.com

This role will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capture invoices on a monthly basis as required 
• Execute workflow according to set priorities and deadlines 
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data entries from source
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies through collaboration with accounts receivable team and other stakeholders within the business.
• Assist with Debtors recons 
• Assist with testing and project tasks to automate processes in the finance team.
• Assist with Ad hoc requests required from the finance team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Finance Admin diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance admin role 
• Sage Evolution and Google Suites advantageous
• Computer proficiency pertaining to MS office and strong excel skills are a prerequisite
