Finance Graduate/Learner Position

• The intention of the Learnership is to give the individual (18-30) with the relevant qualification an opportunity for workplace exposure at Leading Edge Solutions within the ERP - Finance Support department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting modules example variances/imbalances within the ERP system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information & escalate queries as necessary
• Participate in learning opportunities provided by the company
• Support the Finance and Administration department with ad hoc functions which may be necessary when required

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
• Finance-related qualification from a registered tertiary education institution is preferred

• Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
• Recently certified ID and qualifications
• Must be able to commit to 12 months
• MS Office proficiency
