Finance Intern - North West at Tharisa

Role Context

• Preparation of monthly dashboard management accounts as well as month-end audit file and group reporting packs to be completed within set timetables
• Preparation of the monthly cost report for AMB Plant
• Get invoices sign off and make sure that it is submitted to head offices
• Preparation of monthly stock reports – assisting the Snr Metals accountant
• Creation of purchase requisitions for business
• Review and monitor all purchasing requests and identify instances of non-compliance to policies
• Ensures accurate data input into the X3 system
• Attention to detail and accurate reporting
• Assist in ad hoc financial matters were needed

Requirements

Minimum requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Bookkeeping or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics

Job specific experience:

• 01 years' relevant experience 
• Sage X3 experience - preferable
• Excellent excel skills and should be able to manage complex formulas and volumes of date
