DUTIES :
Maintain a user-friendly filing system of accounts. Responsible for all final revenue correspondence, write off, account payments categories. Monitor the collection of revenue from all patients. Maintain procedures regarding the use of safe and check receipt book. Maintain effective and efficient utilization of staff. Make follow ups on patient’s accounts and medical aids schemes. Record of debtors and creditors. Compile reconcile of all financial reports and submit to Head Office. Ensure safe guarding of state monies collected. Manage patients’ accounts and ensure compliance. Conduct revenue inspections and identity financial risks. Supervise revenue operations and ensure efficient billing and collections.
