• As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, managing investments, and ensuring compliance while supporting trustees with insights that go beyond reporting.

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting & Management

• Lead financial management, reporting, and risk oversight.
• Oversee budgets, audits, trustee reporting, and cashflow forecasting.
• Ensure integrity of financial reports with auditors and partners.

Risk & Procurement

• Strengthen internal controls and risk frameworks.
• Maintain risk register and implement procurement best practices.

Investment & Portfolio

• Manage investment portfolios with external fund managers.
• Support due diligence and credit assessments.
• Benchmark portfolio performance and governance.

Systems & Leadership

• Implement financial and risk management systems.
• Report to the Board and engage stakeholders to mitigate risks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• 8+ years of experience in financial management, with 3–5 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong background in finance and investment management.
• Experience in high-risk lending, venture capital, or development finance.
• Understanding of philanthropic finance and blended capital models.
• Proven leadership skills and governance expertise.
