Finance Manager -ACMA CGMA (Fixed Term Contract) at AFA - Accounting and Financial Advisory

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with strong financial acumen and experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
• Manage and oversee the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
