Finance Manager CA(SA) - Fixed Term Contract at Accounting and Financial Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management
• Monitor cash flow and manage the company’s working capital
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial laws
• Manage the annual budgeting process and track performance against budget
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis and modeling
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
• Mentor and develop finance team members

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
