Finance Manager at Ntice Sourcing Solutions

• You will be responsible for overseeing Financial and Accounting system controls and standards and ensuring timely provision of financial and statistical reports for management, benchmarking, and analysis. Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Qualification: B. Com Honours with 3-7 years relevant experience (CA, CIMA and completed articles will be a benefit)
• The ideal candidate should have experience in the hardware retail industry, property management experience with this is beneficial
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of data analyses, costing and forecasting models with proven attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think quickly and effective decision making
• Experience IQ Retail computer accounting systems is preferred/ experience with Pastel
• Self-motivated, driven and team player
• Ability to communicate on all levels
• Ability to communicate in Afrikaans fluently

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• The Group financial reporting system
• Liaison with Operational Line managers
• Liaison with SARS
• Financial controls
• IT systems
• Efficient accounting systems and monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors
• HQ office management
• Risk Management
• Company Secretarial Services (CIPRO)
• Management of staff (8-10)
