Finance Manager at Snatch.work

Job Summary:

A hospital group in Pretoria is looking for a Financial Manager (FM) to head up the finance team. The group has grown significantly over the last 3 years and requires an experienced FM to implement and refine the necessary policies, systems and procedures to ensure adequate controls within the group and provide timely, accurate financial information to the executives, to provide the insights necessary for strategic decision-making.

The incumbent will be required, among other duties, to:

• Oversee the debtors and creditors
• Prepare the books up to Trial Balance and ensure everything is ready for the Auditors
• Prepare Forecasts and Budgets
• Draw up Management Reports
• Forecast and Manage Cash Flow
• Oversee inventory and other purchases   

Requirements:

• PA(SA), CGMA, CA(SA) preferred
• 3 years post-articles experience as FM 
• Exposure to the medical industry is an advantage
