• Finance Operations Manager required. Must have hands-on Group Accounting and Operations Management experience within a Shared Services Environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Must have directly Managed a team of 10 or more staff
• Ideally from the Oil and Energy Industry
• Must have proven experience working in a Finance Shared Services Center
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5 -10+ years of relevant working experience (incl. Group accounting)
• Preferably member of a professional body (Chartered/Certified Accountant)
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (if applicable)
• Excellent English language skills

Salary: R700 000 - R900 000 CTC
