    Financial Accountant

    Job Summary:

    • Processing
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Cash management – loading payments and daily cash balances
    • Consolidation of property fund
    • Month-end management accounts
    • Tax, VAT and dividend withholdings tax submissions and communication with SARS
    • Assistance with year-end audits – compilation of audit deliverables, audit queries and review of AFS

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Accounting
    • MDA experience (Non-negotiable)

    Qualification:

    • Accounting Degree or Accounting Diploma
