Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in a finance department.
• Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Good numerical ability/grasp of numbers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent Microsoft Ofiice skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Prepare individual and group Management Accounts.
• Reconcile intercompany group accounts.
• Process and manage Creditors and Debtors for the Group.
• Capture and process cashbook for the Group.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Prepare and process SARS submissions (VAT, EMP201, EMP501, etc.).
• Assist in External Financial and BEE Audits.

Project Management:

• Lead projects related to the implementation and maintenance of new accounting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Company Secretarial Matters:

• Maintain and process company secretarial matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
