Client within financial services requires a BCom Graduate with 2+ years’ experience within a finance related role.

This role is ideal for a “quick study” who is looking to join a smaller finance team and be mentored by the Head of the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial related queries
• Management of Debtors and creditors process
• Reconciliations & Payments capturing on internal and Online Banking Systems
• Consolidate & Reconcile Expenses, Credit Cards & Petty Cash
• Reconciliations & Payments on E-filing
• Updating Statistics
• Daily management and monitoring of Bank Balances & Cash Flow
• Financial Month End Processing
• Ensure compliance ITO Terms of Agreements & SLA’s
• Maintenance of filing system (hard and soft copies)

Requirements:

• Relevant BCom Degree with knowledge of Accounting is essential
• Strong knowledge of Accounting procedures (Training will be provided)
• Sage 300/ Accpac knowledge would be an advantage
• Ability to grasp financial processes and ERP Systems quickly
