A leading manufacturing company that has focused on the industry for over a decade is seeking an exceptional Finance Executive to lead their Africa and Middle east finance division. The company has a footprint across Sub Sahara Africa.

The ideal incumbent needs to be a seasoned individual with experience working in a high-pressure environment. As the Financial Executive you will get involved with strategic decision making and will be responsible for leading a Finance Team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Monthly Reporting in line with IFRS standards and US GAAP Standards 
• Working Capital: Cash flow management, inventory management, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management 
• Budgets, Forecast & Analysis 
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting.
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Finance process improvement

Experience and Skills:

• CA(SA) 
• Ten years’ experience within a manufacturing/Industrial industry prerequisite.
• Six years management experience 
• Experience on HFM will be beneficial
