• An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Manager  Responsible for but not limited toconsolidation of local as well as foreign entities and overseeing Head Office financial reporting.  Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.

Minimum Requirements    

•  CA(SA)
•  More than 5 Year Experience

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Consolidation of local and foreign entities;
• Ensure correct translation of foreign currency transactions and balances into Rand for various foreign entities on monthly basis;
• Reconciliation of foreign currency translation reserve for foreign entities; 
• Reconciliation of Intercompany transactions and balances on group level;
• Prepare management accounts and statutory packs for local and foreign entities;
• Co-ordinate month and year end closures;
• Manage daily operations of central Head Office Business Unit;
• Review Balance Sheet recons for Central Bu;
• Manage, control and maintain all costs in line with agreed upon financial budgets;
• Prepare, review and report on any variations from detailed budgets and forecasts;
• Monitor compliance (standards, acts and regulations, policies, processes and systems);
• Assist with compilation and review of financial statements;
• Liaise with external and internal auditors;
• Ad hoc accounting and finance matters;
