Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations and financial planning & analysis.
• Manage the Balance Sheet, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Continuously improve policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise.
• Provide leadership to the Finance Team and contribute to overall Management Team dynamics and relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems that empower business operations, a hands-on approach when necessary, an analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proven expertise in Financial Management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an FM within a Manufacturing / FMCG environment with extensive & solid financial accounting experience.
• BCom Degree and completed SAIPA / SAICA Articles would be advantageous.
• Extensive ERP Experience - Syspro.
• Proven experience of leading a finance team of +- 12 people.
• Clear credit record - will be verified.
