Financial Manager at Network Recruitment

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous management of all operational financial aspects of the business such as the debtors, creditors and stock. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the management of weekly cash-up forecasting models, completion of and on-time submission of monthly management reporting pack as well as the management of onsite-specific debtors and creditors staff. The successful incumbent will also take on the responsibility of monitoring various variable inputs in the production process against the plan (budget, forecast) and driving corrective action where applicable.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)/ CIMA completed

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 5 years post article experience
• Experience in the manufacturing/retail/packaging industries would be preferred
• Experience with managing a team is preferred
• Experience in dealing/liaising with senior management is preferred
• Credit control experience is required (credit vetting, payment plans, debt recovery)
• Good commercial law exposure required
• Project management skills
• High energy, tenacity and resilience required
• Excellent problem-solving skills
