About the job
- We have an opportunity with our client in the property sector for an experienced Financial Manager needed to oversee all financial functions for a diverse property portfolio and lead a finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full financial management of property portfolios.
- Lead and mentor the portfolio finance team.
- Client liaison and reporting.
- Audit coordination.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports (IFRS).
- Tax compliance (VAT & Income Tax).
- System utilization (PIMS, Ex Frx, Great Plains).
- Month-end and year-end procedures.
- Implement and maintain financial controls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
- Strong IFRS and Income Tax Act knowledge (mandatory).
- Audit experience (advantage).
