Fishmeal Superintendent at AVI Limited

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fishmeal Superintendent at I&J Concentra, Waterfront, Cape Town. The purpose of this role includes the overall control of the production, maintenance, stock control and personnel management. Required to assist with the overall support of the fishmeal factories on board the Freezer Vessels, ensuring all records kept up to date and compliance of export requirements are met. Ensure all freezer vessels fishmeal plants are in optimum condition in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with regard to machinery, thereby getting maximum output in fishmeal plant from every vessel.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience supervising a team in manufacturing environment
• Experience in a fishmeal plant would be advantageous

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent essential
• Engineering or Production Diploma / Degree
• Leadership Certificate
