THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

• The Fitter needs to ensure that all Albany Germiston equipment is maintained in order to have minimum breakdowns and that the plant availability is in accordance to set standards

RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Key Attributes and Competencies

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Qualified Fitter (Must have Trade certificate)
• At least 5 years experience in a production environment
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of bakery machinery
• Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems will be an advantage
• Must be able to do maintenance using a computerised maintenance system
• Must be able to be do standby duties
• Must be familiar with installation and construction work
