Fleet Controller at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and vehicles in the fleet
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Track vehicle locations and schedules using GPS systems and logistics software
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver hours
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Implement safety protocols and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet team to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3 + Years of proven experience in fleet management or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and GPS tracking systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of logistics operational procedures and documentation
