    Fleet Coordinator

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator reporting directly to the Retail Director. This is a Local role, based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will administer the coordination of all Retail managed fleet service provision department to ensure increase sales, profitability and BSAFC Retail and Supa Quick market share via engagement with fleet management companies. Execution of all activities as guided in terms of The Bridgestone Essence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute towards the development and management of key managed fleet accounts for Bridgestone Commercial and Supa Quick
    • Ensure maintenance of established fleet accounts
    • Implementation and coordination of sales deals within Bridgestone Commercial and Supa Quick
    • Communicate monthly promotions to customers and service channel to promote participation
    • Provide the analysis and reporting on the current and new fleet management business by type size and product requirement to enhance product and service provision
    • Increase customer spend on all preferred tyre brands within the Supa Quick network
    • Increase customer spend on all under car offerings within the Supa Quick network.
    • Administration and record keeping of service level agreements (SLA’s)
    • Contribute toward the development of sales pipeline to ensure continuity and growth of the fleet business within Bridgestone Commercial and Supa Quick

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience

    • Grade 12 (must)
    • National Diploma/N6 in Administration/Business Management (strong wish)
    • 2 years minimum working experience in retail/commercial/franchise/sales/environment
    • Experience in business reporting
    • MS Office Advanced
    • Self-starter with ability work independently and under pressure
    • Must have a positive momentum, solid work ethic and result driven
    • Effective communication skills
    • Attention to details
    • Result driven
