Fleet Optimisation Engineer at Enaex Africa

Description:

The Fleet Optimisation Engineer will engage in MMU and Tanker fleet optimization initiatives and to continuously improve processes, systems, and workflows, to optimize fleet performance and add value to the company.

• Continual monitoring of tanker utilization and fleet efficiency.
• Continual monitoring of equipment (MMU & Devex) utilization and efficiency.
• E-natis compliance.
• Improved fleet utilisation and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Monitor and improve the Enaex systems. (tracking, Ibis waste management).
• Implement control center to monitor utilization, availability, and costs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain MMU /Devex units’ dashboard. (DILO).
• Create value for the company.
• Support business growth.
• Establish consistency of purpose with clear communication to the team.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve goals.
• Compliance and implementation to all current and new legislation.
• Conduct field measurements to capture business improvement project related data
• Manage team to deliver on fleet optimisation projects.

Requirements:

• BEng/BSc in related discipline (Operations Manage-ment/Supply Chain/Fleet Management.)
• Languages:English
• Experience/Professional Requirement: 5 Years
