Minimum requirements:

• Supervisory Experience
• Overseeing all laundry processing, quality control, and timely deliveries
• Supervising staff, schedules, monitoring productivity, and maintaining positive team relations
• Ensuring proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety
• Communicating effectively with clients, staff, and management
• Delivering clean, on-time laundry and resolving client issues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work long hours and manage pressure
• Willing to work both day and night shifts as needed
