FMCG Sales Representative: Garden Route / Southern Cape (Western Cape) at FS Personnel Recruitment

Salary

• Basic Salary: R16 000 per month
• Commission: Active, excellent commission structure

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ external sales experience (FMCG or similar industry preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively with minimal sleep outs
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Languages: Fluent in English
• The candidate must be based in Garden Route

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Grow customer base and product distribution across the Garden Route / Southern Cape (Western Cape)
• Conduct regular store visits and manage call cycles.
• Build relationships with Retail Key Accounts and Wholesale clients.
• Negotiate shelf space and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular sales feedback and reports.
