Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily food and beverage operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Assist with planning events, functions, and service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Previous Food & Beverage management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of stock control and cost management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
