Grade 12 certificate. Diploma or Degree in Food Service Management of Food and Beverage Management or Hospitality Management. Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage. knowledge of PFMA and Supply Chain Regulations.
Duties :
Advance written and verbal communication skills, food preparation skills, technology skills (Computer literacy -candidates will be subjected to a practical computer test during the interview process), negotiation skills.
Management skills, problem solving skills. Analytical skills, effective team working skills, ability to maintain authority, advance knowledge of issues relating to delivery of Food Service Management and Food Service Operational System, BATHO PELE principles, National Patient's Rights charter and all other relevant Provincial and National Acts related to Food Service Units. Valid Driver's License will be an advantage
