• We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager at our Rola Ford Riversdal Branch. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola Ford Brand.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Ford Advantageous)
• Proven Networker
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
• High attention to detail. Organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
• Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
• Must be based in Riversdale or close proximity

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
• Conduct resource planning and development
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
• Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards
