• Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Forecourt Attendee to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to every customer who visits our station.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
• Previous experience in a fuel attendant or a similar role is preferred
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Good timekeeping and able to work shifts
• Hard working and eager to assist by nature
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods 
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them at all times
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Refuel vehicles safely and accurately.
• Clean windshields, forecourt areas, restrooms, and equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts.
• Stock shelves with oils, coolants, and other forecourt products.
• Maintain safety standards and report any hazards or shortages.
• Assist with fuel tank dips and vehicle issues (e.g., non-starting vehicles).
• Activate loyalty and credit programs correctly.
