Manage workforce resourcing by aligning staffing levels with work demands and assigning resources to meet operational goals.
Supervise staff performance by setting clear expectations, tracking work output, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues through corrective actions.
Monitor the implementation of unit business processes by monitoring compliance, identifying process anomalies, and executing corrective actions as required.
Coordinate day to day shutdowns & equipment outages to align with value chain requirements.
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, Science and English.
Diploma in Production Management / Process Engineering or similar.
Supervision / Management Qualification.
7+ years as Process Controller, Senior Process Artisan or similar.
3+ years production experience in manufacturing plant.
