Franchise Dealership Service Manager

Job Requirements
- Proven minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of OEM processes, warranty administration, and service KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-focused skills
- Sound financial and operational acumen
- Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant automotive qualification (advantageous)
- A stable and gapless work history
- Contactable references
Qualifications
- Matric
- Business or Technical Qualifications are an advantage
