An exciting opportunity exists within the CIB Fraud Team for a Fraud Analytics and Intelligence Manager who will be responsible for enhancing the CIB fraud risk management capability through: data analytics, input to monitoring models and rule sets, proactive horizon scanning and understanding of and response to current and forward-looking fraud intelligence / threats.
This role entails:

• Data analytics and deep dives informed by relevant fraud threats in CIB
• Inform demand for additional monitoring, models and rule sets
• Maintain / refine / build fraud monitoring models, including AI models based on input from Fraud Operations, Fraud Strategy and emerging threats
• Develop and provide input to relevant fraud monitoring control standards
• Through actively monitoring threat intelligence / horizon scanning inform the CIB current and future fraud threat landscape
• Drive close collaboration with Cyber and FinCrime on sharing threat intelligence
• Closely collaborate with the various capabilities in the CIB Fraud Risk Management team e.g. Fraud Strategy, Fraud Ops, etc. to achieve the most effective results
• Drive prioritization of mitigation of emerging threats with Fraud Strategy and the business
• Work closely with Fraud Strategy on compiling governance reporting across the CIB portfolios on the CIB fraud risk profile
•     Periodic MI and reporting e.g. on emerging threats and intelligence

Education and experience required

• Degreed candidate preferred
• Data science qualifications beneficial
• Experience in CIB preferred
• 5-8 years (Technical/Managerial) experience in Fraud Risk Management / Monitoring toolsets or big data analytics
